Autonomous execution
Processes that today depend on someone picking them up run on their own, with explicit rules and full traceability.
AI consulting and process automation
We work inside your operation: we learn how your company runs and build the systems your processes need. Built to order, not off-the-shelf tools.
On the first call we identify which processes can be automated, and what the impact would be.
What changes
Execution, access and memory: the three pillars of the change. None of them holds it without the other two.
Processes that today depend on someone picking them up run on their own, with explicit rules and full traceability.
The ERP, the spreadsheets and the databases become available in natural language to anyone on the team.
Every decision is recorded with its author and date. The company's judgement stops depending on who is still there.
What agentic means
The difference isn't the tool. It's who executes each step, and who decides.
Today
Each step moves when a person picks it up. The process runs at the pace of the busiest calendar, and the judgement stays with their team.
With Prophet
The system runs the whole process and escalates only the exceptions. Every decision is recorded.
How we work
We don't ship a packaged product. We design and build the system your operation needs, and we stay with it as it changes.
01
We walk the operation with your teams. We come out with candidate processes, estimated impact and the order to tackle them in.
02
The system is built on your rules, your exceptions and your integrations. No two projects look alike.
03
We build, ship to production and train the team on their own work. Adoption is part of the scope.
04
We measure usage and impact, remove what doesn't earn its place and extend to the next process.
Timelines depend on scope. We don't sell a fixed calendar or an off-the-shelf rollout.
What we install
It isn't a shared account. Each area gets its own environment, with access to its systems and its procedures written down.
Connectors
ERP, databases, CRM, Drive and email. And if the integration doesn't exist, we build it: we develop the connector (MCP) to order.
Procedures
Monthly close, order intake, recurring reports: written down and ready to run.
Judgement
Every correction the team makes is absorbed and never comes back.
Memory
What one area decides becomes available to the rest, with its author and date.
Training
The team learns by solving its own cases, not from a generic syllabus.
One Brain
The agents execute. One Brain holds the judgement they execute with. Included in every project, and available on its own.
It's recorded while people work and queried from the same environment. It's what makes every process cost less than the one before.

Access to the data
Cross-checking four systems and waiting on the one person who knows how is the most common bottleneck we find.
Who we work with
Volume grew and the only answer available was more headcount. We work on top of the operation that already exists.
Purchasing, customs and logistics.
Portfolio and contract management.
Aftersales, stock and warranties.
Operations, risk and control.
Outward-facing too
We prepare your site so models understand and cite it: llms.txt, structured data and every page also served as plain text, without changing how a person sees it. This site is built that way.
Questions
One where the day-to-day processes are executed by a system wired into its tools, and people step in where judgement is required: deciding, negotiating, resolving the exception. It isn't having AI available in case someone uses it; it's the process completing either way.
A chat window depends on someone opening it with the right context and the right data. An agent is integrated with your systems, triggers off real work and records what it did. The whole area uses it, not one motivated person.
With the diagnosis. We walk the operation with your teams, and that's where the first process and the metric to move come from. Training follows, on that same work.
By choosing one concrete process and the number that has to move, connecting AI to the systems where the data lives and writing down that process's rules and exceptions. Then the team is trained on its own work and results are measured. Handing out licences without that doesn't change how the company works.
The ones that repeat, follow rules and today wait for a person to pick them up: processing invoices and contracts, moving data from one system to another, the report rebuilt every week, order and supplier follow-up, month-end close and sales follow-up.
Buying licences isn't enough. Each team gets its own setup: connectors to its systems (ERP, CRM, Drive, email), its tasks written down, the company's rules and a shared team memory. We configure it end to end and train the team on its real work.
It depends on scope. We don't do off-the-shelf rollouts: every system is designed around that company's rules and exceptions, and the calendar comes out of the diagnosis. What we do keep is the order: one process finished and in production before opening the next.
No. What disappears is the task nobody wants to do, and the hours recovered go to what was stalled for lack of time. A team that feels threatened won't adopt the system, and without adoption the project fails.
That isn't where we start. The agents integrate with what you already use and the first project is built on top. If at some point the system itself turns out to be the bottleneck, we say so and we deal with it: we're here to improve the operation, not to defend a tool.
No. We bring the engineering. On your side we need someone who knows how the work really happens and can set priorities.
Your systems stay where they are and the information is queried at source. Access and permissions are agreed on the call, with your IT lead present.
It depends on scope, and scope comes out of the diagnosis. On the call we give a range and an estimate of the saving. If the numbers don't justify it, we say so before starting.
